TRYV is intended to function as a utility token within the Taryven merchant and payment ecosystem. Planned utility includes participation in Taryven ecosystem functions and programs as those services are developed and made available.
Purchasing TRYV does not include a promise that TRYV will increase in value, generate income, produce an investment return, or become liquid on a secondary market.

Six contribution stages.
TRYV pricing increases by stage as cumulative Presale contributions move through the configured boundaries. A purchase crossing a boundary may be split across multiple stages by the Presale contract.

PRESALE DURATION
No guaranteed fixed end date.
The Presale does not have a guaranteed fixed duration. It may end when the $10 million hard cap is reached, and Taryven may pause, close, or conclude it earlier for project, security, operational, legal, compliance, or other reasons.
The $1.5 million soft-cap figure used in Taryven planning is a development and launch milestone. It is not an automatic refund threshold.
PAYMENT ASSETS
Ethereum Mainnet USDC & USDT.
The production Presale is designed to accept only Taryven's configured Ethereum Mainnet USDC and USDT contracts.
Always verify the network, token, amount, destination, and wallet transaction before signing.
TRYV RELEASE SCHEDULE
Designed for gradual release.
25% of the purchaser's original TRYV allocation is scheduled to become available at TGE.
The remaining 75% is scheduled across 12 installments, one every 30 days.
Each monthly installment equals 6.25% of the purchaser's original TRYV allocation.
TGE is not currently configured. No specific TGE date should be assumed until Taryven formally establishes it.
FUTURE MARKET AVAILABILITY
An exchange listing is an intention, not a guarantee.
Taryven intends to pursue future decentralized-exchange or other secondary-market availability as part of its roadmap. Exchange listing, liquidity, trading activity, market adoption, and any particular launch date are not guaranteed.
If TRYV becomes tradable, buyers, sellers, available liquidity, and broader market conditions will determine the market price. Taryven does not promise that TRYV will increase in value or maintain any particular price.
IMPORTANT RISK INFORMATION
Presales and digital assets involve substantial risk.
Development plans can change. Technical, security, regulatory, market, business, operational, or adoption issues may arise. Some digital-asset projects never reach an active secondary market or achieve their intended level of adoption.
The currently deployed Presale does not provide an automatic refund merely because a milestone, exchange listing, TGE, adoption target, or expected timeline is not achieved.
